What is dynamic oil replacement in an automatic transmission and why is it needed?

AKKs are widespread and are becoming more and more popular among drivers due to their convenience and ease of operation.

Modern AKK - a very complex and high-tech unit, all work processes of which are controlled by an electronic control unit.
The large number of AKK nodes and their smooth cooperation ensure maximum smooth and comfortable driving when traveling by car. The requirements for AKK's performance and technical condition are very high. Keeping them at a high level is only possible with regular and specialized care.

One of the most important factors that affects the accuracy and reliability of the AKK's work as well as its technical condition is the quality of the transmission oil. This transmission oil with unique properties participates in all working processes of AKK and has been developed specifically for this unit. In the process of using AKK, the quality of the oil will inevitably decrease, which increases the probability of faster wear of the expensive components of the gearbox. An additional risk factor affecting the drop in oil quality is the load on the AKK as a result of driving with an aggressive driving style, in traffic jams, off-road and with a loaded trailer.

In order to maintain the unique properties and purity of the transmission oil in the AKK, timely replacement of the oil and filter is necessary. Oil replacement in AKK can be complete or partial. Partial oil replacement is done by simply draining the used oil and adding new oil. Due to the construction of the AKK, it is not possible to change the oil 100% in stationary mode, only the part of the oil that has spilled onto the base is replaced. Approximately 30% of the used oil remains in the system and mixes with new oil in the future. As a result of mixing, all the working properties of the new oil and its workability decrease to a significant extent. It should also be remembered that many manufacturers do not recommend different classes of oils, as the compounds formed in this case have unpredictable properties.

Dynamic oil replacement makes it possible to completely replace the old oil with a new one. The process of dynamic oil replacement in the gearbox takes place as follows: at the first stage, as in the case of a normal replacement, the old oil is poured off, the oil filter is replaced and new oil is poured in. Then, after starting the engine and bringing the AKK to working condition, a special device is connected, which pumps out the oil residues circulating in the AKK system and pours new oil into the box. The oil refilling process takes place until the old oil is completely replaced with a new one. Clean oil flowing out of the AKK is considered a visible signal of the end of the replacement process.

Performing a timely dynamic replacement of the AKK oil can significantly extend the AKK's service life and in real cases reduce the risk of replacing one of the most expensive components of the car
